Shipping Policy

1. Overview
FAIRWAY US INC ships physical products throughout the United States and, in select cases, internationally. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and procedures.
By placing an order with FAIRWAY US INC, you agree to the shipping terms outlined in this policy.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods (e.g., holiday seasons, product launches), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
3. U.S. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Available on all orders. Free on orders over $150.
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): Available at checkout. Additional charges apply.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available on select items. Additional charges apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on the most efficient route for your location.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country
- These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates
- Delivery times for international orders vary by country (typically 7–21 business days)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
Please check your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of the carrier
- A link to track your package online
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your package has been shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact.us@fairway.ltd.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High shipping volumes during peak seasons
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
FAIRWAY US INC is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
- Wait 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contact us at contact.us@fairway.ltd if the package cannot be located after the above steps
FAIRWAY US INC is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature for delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact.us@fairway.ltd. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
9. Digital Products & Services
Digital products, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions (including ixMark and SK8.RUN) are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is involved.
- Access credentials and download links are delivered via email within minutes of purchase
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your access information
- Contact us at contact.us@fairway.ltd if you have not received your access information within 1 hour of purchase
