Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
FAIRWAY US INC is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for eligible items.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. By purchasing from FAIRWAY US INC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for physical products. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this 30-day window.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or items damaged in transit.
3. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
- Item has all original tags attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item has not been altered, customized, or modified
- Item was purchased directly from FAIRWAY US INC
- Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items worn, washed, or altered after purchase
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Digital products, software licenses, and subscription services (see Section 9)
- Gift cards and store credits
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us at contact.us@fairway.ltd within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 business days
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Step 4: Ship the item to the return address provided in our email using a trackable shipping method
- Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- We will deduct return shipping costs from your refund if we provide a prepaid return label
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before a refund appears in your account.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same or different size, color, or style (subject to availability). To request an exchange:
- Contact us at contact.us@fairway.ltd with your order number and the item you would like in exchange
- Follow the same return process as described in Section 5
- Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.us@fairway.ltd with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs showing the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
9. Digital Services & Subscriptions
For digital products and subscription services (including SaaS platforms such as ixMark and SK8.RUN):
- Digital services are generally non-refundable once activated or accessed
- Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for digital services may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent access to the service
